    You tell us about your event

    Dates, delegate or guest numbers, where you would like to be, roughly what you have to spend, and anything the event cannot do without. Use the two-minute form or talk it through with us, whichever is easier. One conversation replaces dozens of enquiries.

  2. Us · the next 48 hours

    We go looking

    We draw on relationships built since 1989 to find venues that suit the brief, including spaces that never appear on booking sites. We confirm what is really available, then negotiate rates and inclusions on your behalf.

  3. You · hour 48

    You compare real options

    Within 48 hours you have a shortlist you can compare. Rooms, rates, catering, audio visual and accommodation, set out side by side.

  4. Us · through to the day

    We confirm and stay with it

    Once you have chosen, we lock in the rate, manage the contract detail and stay your point of contact through to the event itself, and on to the next one.

Common questions

Is CVBS really free?
Yes. There is no fee for our service, and the rate we negotiate usually leaves you better off than booking direct. If you would like the detail, it is set out on how we're paid.
How do you stay unbiased?
We only put forward venues we can speak for, and you will hear the drawbacks as well as the pitch. What reaches your shortlist is what fits the brief, not what suits us.
What do you need from me to start?
Just the basics: dates, numbers, location and budget. The more you tell us, the sharper the shortlist, but we can start with very little.
How fast is the shortlist, really?
Typically within 48 hours. Urgent brief? Tell us, relationships let us move quickly when it counts.
