A 3,644 room resort at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, opened in December 2023. Its largest room is the Royal Ballroom, 9,779 square metres under an 8.8 metre ceiling, for 11,696 theatre or 7,018 at banquet. It divides into 14, and the Cobalt, Azure and Lazuli ballrooms, an event center, 57 breakout rooms and a 3,800 seat theatre sit in the same building.
It reaches shortlists for scale. It suits a convention, trade show or incentive of several thousand that wants the general session, the breakouts, the gala dinner and the beds under one roof, next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Bigger rooms in Las Vegas
The Royal Ballroom is 9,779 square metres, so a trade show that outgrows it moves to the exhibition halls of the convention center next door. Both rows were read on 13 October 2026. Each figure below is read from that venue’s own published material. This is not a survey of the whole Las Vegas market, only the rooms we checked to make sure nothing on this page overstates the building.

Recent changes
A Vegas Loop station has opened at the resort. In January 2026 a Vegas Loop station opened at the resort’s south valet, with rides for hotel guests to every Las Vegas Convention Center terminal.
A new restaurant has opened. The first US outpost of a Mexico City seafood restaurant opened at the resort in early 2026.
The resort is new. Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened on 13 December 2023, so every guest room and event space dates from then.

The Moonstone event center, 1,058 square metres for 1,265 theatre, 57 breakout rooms and three boardrooms, the 3,800 seat BleauLive Theater, and the Waterbleau Terrace outdoors. The resort gives its total meeting and convention space as about 51,000 square metres.
How many guest rooms does it have?
3,644 rooms and suites, all opened with the resort in December 2023, so a convention can sleep several thousand delegates in the building it meets in.
